INSPIRATION
This keyset is based on the film Tři oříšky pro Popelku (German: Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel), also known as Three Wishes for Cinderella and broadcast in the UK under the title Three Gifts for Cinderella) is a Czechoslovak/East German fairy-tale film from 1973.
No christmas season is complete without this classic.
In this version – allthough a basic lovestory – cinderella is more in control of her fate then in other verions. She bests the prince in archery and teases him with riddles at their various encounters.
The three hazelnuts Cinderella is gifted are the main premise of the story of course. Each hazelnut grants her a wish for a specific disguise / outfit.
The first contains a hunters’ garb which she wears when to beating the prince in archery.
The second a ball gown with veil which she wears to a ball and further wows the prince with riddles during the dances.
The third and final nut contains her wedding dress.

The opening credits are of the film set in a custom-made bold uncial lettering style. On the alphas Popelka uses the version by Andreas Stötzner utilizing the broad character set.
